As a light sleeper, I loved the quietness of the rooms and the comfortable beds.

I liked everything! Beautiful room, extremely polite staff at all levels, from the concierge to the restaurant. Luxurious spa and delicious food in the restaurant, quality of breakfast is excellent!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was kind and were very good too help us. The private driver service was a fantastic touch. The rooms were fine and we were impressed. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city near all the main attractions in the Old Town. The in-house Lourse Warszawa patisserie was a good treat. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety of options available. the hotel facilities were great and we couldn't have asked for better service.

The pool was not operational.

It is a real palace, an exceptional service, magnificent rooms, an incredible swimming pool, a cigar lounge like one very rarely finds. Finally, this is the hotel where you have to go to Warsaw, moreover the location is perfect, close to the center, the presidential palace, ... A must .

Unacceptable waiting time for breakfast . 25 mn for a glass of fruit juice!. 35 mn for cereals !

We were blown away by the beautifully renovated hotel, with its perfect blend of Raffles style and the charm of the Europejski from the '20s. The attention to detail is amazing, and the rooms are luxurious and up to date with modern gadgets and lighting. The staff were very good too make our stay nice, especially the concierge who assisted us with our sightseeing plans. The breakfast served in the light and airy room was delicious, with a wide range of options. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Warsaw, and we enjoyed the Christmas lights and market in the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Warsaw.

The last stay left a lot to be desired in terms of the cleanliness of the residual fruit under the bed in the bedroom. cleanliness managers should increase vigilance in a hotel of this class such things should not take place

This hotel is the epitome of luxuriousness. the exclusive amenities provided here are top-notch. the service was exceptional and every little need was promptly fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre at the hotel was a paradise in itself, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms offering full body massages, facials. the heated swimming pool was a delight, and the spa lounge was a rejuvenating experience. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas had special diet menus, and the private facilities were a cherry on top. the location advantage was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city!

Other than that, everything at this hotel was just perfect!

The room is very luxurious! I absolutely loved my stay at Raffles. You have to take the opportunity to have a cocktail at the bar in the evening--the famous Singapore Sling is delicious!

The pool is being renovated so it was not available during my stay. It's no big deal-- the gym and spa are great!

The staff were warm, cute, and provided excellent service. The rooms were beautifully decorated with high-quality amenities. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food. The presence of art throughout the hotel added an appealing touch. The butler team was attentive and always ready to assist. The concierge was helpful and provided professional advice and recommendations. The option to rent e-bikes for exploring the city was a great advantage.

The lighting in the rooms was a bit difficult to figure out. The hotel can be a bit pricey for some guests.

You could certainly clean the room more thoroughly from dust, because there was quite a lot of it in unobvious places. Additionally, on such hot days, there should be more drinking water in the room.

Great hotel, brilliant breakfast, I recommend omelette :-) Very cool bar with amazing drinks.

Bar open till 23rd. Likewise, the kitchen in the bar and hotel. I expected 24-hour service from hotel 5*+.
